All custom requests will require a 15-minute virtual call to ensure that your desires are understood
If your design request is too complex for us to handle we will gently decline or suggest alternative concepts
If your request is approved we will send a quote that includes payment instructions and estimated production time
Production will not begin until full payment is received
Should we have any additional questions about your order during the process we will follow up with you directly
We are currently only shipping to the United States and Canada (an exception can be made for the U.K.)
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on custom orders
